The American Bar Association (ABA) 5th Circuit Spring Meeting is being held on February 6-7, 2015 at Stetson University College of Law, 1401 61st Street South, Gulfport, FL 33707. On Saturday, February 7, 2015 from 9:30am-10:30am, Joel Ewusiak, along with three other Florida lawyers, will be participating in a Regulated Products Panel. The Panel will explore the regulated products practice area as well as discuss current events in the alcoholic beverage and medical marijuana industries. The sale of craft beer brewed locally and the Charlotte’s Web law authorizing the use of medical marijuana are two major issues in Florida.
