July 10, 2023 Joel Ewusiak

Under Florida law, a power of attorney must be strictly construed to grant only the powers specified. See Kotsch v. Kotsch, 608 So.2d 879, 880 (Fla. 2d DCA 1992).

Joel Ewusiak represents parties in disputes over actions taken pursuant to the authority granted in a power of attorney. Please contact Joel for legal assistance with your specific matter.
